In the very early afternoon pick up at the hotel in Bangkok and transfer to the pier. Cruise upstream the Chao Phraya River with view at the Royal Grand Palace and Wat Arun located on the river banks. In the afternoon arrive at Pathum Thani and visiting a local fresh market. There are shops which sell special Thai sweets, only produced in this area. After sunset dock at Wat Kai Tia which is located by a traditional local village. Enjoy a candlelight dinner in a tranquil atmosphere. Overnight stay on board.

Very early morning join a traditional alms offering ceremony with local Buddhist Monks (Optional). Then we cruise to Baan Saladang, a small river community of the Mon minority group. They migrated in the early 19th century from Burma. Till nowadays they have successfully preserved their own traditional life style and culture in natural surroundings. They live in this charming village in typical Thai houses, which are well preserved. Afterwards breakfast on board of the rice barge overlooking the scenic river. Continue to Bang-Pa-In Summer Palace. After arrival visit the Royal Summer Palace of King Rama V. Continue to Ayutthaya by Longtail boat and visit to the ancient temple complexes of Thailand’s former capital city. After lunch in Ayutthaya return to Bangkok airport or hotel.
