Location Information
DAY 1 Bangkok – Kanchanaburi

In the early morning pick up at the hotel in Bangkok and drive along the Gulf Coast to the west. Stop at the salt fields of the province Samut Sakhon. Visit of the traditional floating market in Damnoen Saduak. Lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards explore the Erawan National Park with the impressive seven-tier waterfall. Drive to the historical Hellfire Pass where during World War II a railway line was built to Burma by prisoners of war. Continue the tour by long tail boat on the Kwai River along the virgin jungle to the floating hotel. Overnight at the unique raft hotel, surrounded by dense rainforest. After dinner enjoy a performance of traditional Mon dances.

DAY 2 Kanchanaburi

After breakfast visit the nearby Mon Village. Elephant trek through the picturesque mountain landscape. Afterwards enjoy rafting on the river Kwae downstream. Observe the dense tropical vegetation in this tranquil environment. The tour ends by the hotel on the river banks where you check in. Bicycle ride in the afternoon along a dirt road to an impressive lava cave. After exploring the cave return to the hotel. Time to relax and swim in the river, surrounded by forest. Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 3 Kanchanaburi – Bangkok

After breakfast in the hotel enjoy a boat ride to the beautiful Saiyok Yai Waterfall. Return by boat to the waiting car and visit the smaller, not less picturesque Sai Yok Noi Waterfall. Lunch at a local restaurant. Train ride on the famous Death Railway route to Kanchanaburi. Visit the historical railway bridge over the River Kwai. Afterwards drive towards Bangkok. Stop at Nakhon Pathom and visit Phra Pathom Chedi, the biggest pagoda in Thailand. Return to Bangkok airport or your hotel. 

With a surcharge, the tour can end on the island of Koh Chang or Koh Samed.
